Payment Policy

Introductory Session

The introductory session is free and lasts for 15 minutes. It occurs online via a video meeting link. 

Hourly rates 

• The tutoring hourly rate is set during the 15-minute introduction. 

• Hourly rates can change over time, but only affect students who contact the tutor after the change.

Cancellation policies

• Tutors can cancel at any time before the scheduled lesson. Refunds will be effected where applicable.

• Students can cancel 12 hours before the scheduled lesson.

• Students can reschedule a booked lesson at least 5 hours before the scheduled lesson. Emergency situations will be considered.

Payment methods

• Payment can be made via PayPal.

• Students will be invoiced after lessons are scheduled with details of payment methods.

• Invoices are due and payable 24 hours before the scheduled lesson(s)
